Statement on the Cessation of Production of Food-Contact Tin Foil

To All Partners, Distributors and Consumers:
To strictly comply with the relevant national food safety laws and regulations as well as the latest industry standards for food-contact materials, and to safeguard consumers’ dietary safety and physical health, after comprehensive research and prudent decision-making, our company has decided to officially cease the production of food-contact tin foil. We hereby solemnly declare the relevant matters as follows:

1. Production Cessation Time

Starting from January 6, 2026, our company will fully halt the production of food-contact tin foil of all specifications and models. No new production orders for food-contact tin foil will be accepted, and the existing production lines will gradually complete transformation and adjustment.

2. Reasons for Production Cessation

In recent years, the state and the industry have continuously raised the safety requirements for food-contact metal products, clearly stipulating that food-contact metal materials must strictly control key indicators such as aluminum (Al) migration to ensure no food contamination and no harm to human health during use.
To further upgrade product safety levels and meet national compliance requirements, our company has decided to cease the production of food-contact tin foil. We will concentrate resources on the R&D and production of safer, more eco-friendly food-contact alternative products that conform to the latest standards, eliminate potential safety hazards from the source, and fulfill the enterprise’s primary responsibility for food safety.

3. Handling of Inventory and Orders

  1. Qualified food-contact tin foil inventory produced before the cessation date will be supplied through the original sales channels as usual until stock runs out. All inventory products have passed strict testing and comply with the valid food safety standards in effect prior to production cessation, and can be used with confidence.

  2. For production orders of food-contact tin foil signed before the cessation date, our company will proactively communicate with customers to negotiate order fulfillment, or complete order cancellation and refund procedures, so as to minimize the impact on customers.

  3. After inventory is exhausted, our company will no longer sell any food-contact tin foil products.

4. After-Sales Service and Consultation

After production cessation, our company will continue to honor after-sales obligations for sold food-contact tin foil products. For quality issues not caused by human damage, we will handle them properly in accordance with the original after-sales policy.
